Erlantz Murga is the Head of Operations at CounterCraft, responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end operational processes for cybersecurity solution delivery. He focuses on developing strategic operational frameworks to ensure resilient and secure delivery of cybersecurity solutions, with a strong emphasis on understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting trust.
His approach is driven by data analysis and continuous improvement, while maintaining a customer-centric focus across all operations. Before joining CounterCraft, Erlantz served as Project Manager and Scrum Master, where he was instrumental in defining new procedures for E2E implementation, optimizing workflows, and achieving significant cost, time, and communication savings in cybersecurity software delivery for the Telco and IoT industries. With expertise in Agile Project Management, Scrum, and complex software delivery within the Telco and Cybersecurity sectors, Erlantz has brought operational excellence and process optimization expertise to the CounterCraft team. Outside of work, he enjoys Crossfit, surfing, and spending time traveling and knowing other cultures.
