Joel Rudman has spent over 20 years working in cyber security across technical, customer facing and leadership roles. At CounterCraft, he leads the global pre-sales team, supporting customers and partners in driving their adversary led cyber deception strategy.
Over the course of his career, Joel has worked with tier one global banking and finance, defense, government, critical infrastructure providers, and public sector organisations. He has been closely involved in helping start ups with growth strategies, mentoring teams to adopt new security approaches, particularly where there is a need to balance technical complexity with clear business outcomes.
He is experienced in pre-sales leadership, customer engagement and translating complex security problems into solutions that are both credible and achievable. Internally, he works closely with leadership, sales, product and delivery teams to make sure of smooth alignment and delivery.
Joel has been recognized for his success by attending Presidents Club at VSS Monitoring, NetScout, Ixia and IronNet.
