We are back from RSA Conference in San Francisco. We brought with us wonderful memories of a great experience that we hope to repeat in upcoming editions. RSA Conference is the world’s leading information security event. For us at CounterCraft, it was more than this: a great opportunity both to be in the spotlight and to get in touch with first-class service providers, thought-leaders, vendors, and clients. We launched our New Distributed Deception Platform, and met partners and service providers interested in our innovative technology. Also, many companies approached our booth, where we showed the benefits of using counterintelligence and deception to study and manipulate adversaries and thus be one step ahead of them.

A 3-day event full of networking sessions, meetings and interviews

We made the most out of these 3 days. Not only did we showcase our New Distributed Deception Platform to all the attendees that visited our booth —we also participated in fruitful networking sessions and meetings, such as the Cyber Security Networking Event, where we made a pitch to venture capital firms. This session was organised by the Trade Commission of Spain in L.A. (ICEX) and we want to express our gratitude to both. The networking event gathered cybersecurity thought-leaders, to discuss the Spanish and the US approach to the cybersecurity market.

Besides, Rosa Jiménez-Cano, a well-known correspondent from El País Tecnología, based in Silicon Valley, interviewed David Barroso live, to know more about CounterCraft’s story and technology.

Next stop: Infosecurity Europe, London, UK

We are back after these intense 3 days, and already miss being there. Meanwhile, we are planning our participation in CyberUK 2017 14 March 2017, & Infosecurity Europe, which will take place at the Olympia Conference Centre in London, on 6-8 June, and in many other top-cybersecurity events. Stay tuned!
