While the role is remote, candidates must be currently based in Singapore and able to attend in-person meetings when required. Occasional travel within the Asia Pacific region will be required.

 

Mandatory Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR). We do not provide visa or Employment Pass sponsorship for this role. Candidates must have valid work authorization and be available to commence employment immediately.
  • Must be currently living in Singapore

 

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) located in Singapore. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team, providing technical expertise to introduce CounterCraft’s innovative solutions to prospective clients.

Responsibilities include understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, delivering technical presentations, responding to RFIs, and offering pre-sales technical support. Collaborating with internal teams to address client challenges and showcasing the value of deception-powered threat intelligence solutions are key aspects of this role.

 

Qualifications / Requirements 

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing Pre-Sales role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and clients to meet business goals.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and efficiently addressing client issues and objections.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Prior experience with cybersecurity solutions
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity concepts as well as Networking and Operating
  • Self motivated and able to work along and as part of a team
  • Happy to travel as needed for meetings within the region
